Indikation, Bedarf und Inanspruchnahmebereitschaft der ambulanten/teilstationären Rehabilitation
Ziel der empirischen Untersuchung ist die Erfassung des Bedarfes für ambulante und teilstationäre Rehabilitation bei orthopädisch-rheumatologischen Patientinnen und Patienten sowie die Entwicklung von Kriterien, die eine differentielle Zuweisung zu ambulanter, teilstationärer und stationärer Rehabilitation ermöglichen.
Der Bedarf wird aus der Perspektive von Versicherten, niedergelassenen Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Ärzten und Ärztinnen der stationären Rehabilitationseinrichtung und Ärztinnen und Ärzten des medizinischen Dienstes geschätzt. Berücksichtigt werden dabei sowohl Versicherte, die einen Antrag auf Rehabilitation gestellt haben sowie Patienten, die sich bereits in stationärer Rehabilitation befinden. Die Frage nach den relevanten differentiellen Zuweisungskriterien für die verschiedenen rehabilitativen Angebotsformen wird mittels einer Expertenbefragung nach der Methode der Delphi Technik untersucht.

Abstract
Indication, need and utilisation ability of outpatient/ daycare rehabilitation
Aim of this empirical investigation is the recording of the needs of outpatient and daycare rehabilitation in orthopaedic-rheumatological patients as well as developing criteria which enable assignment to outpatient, daycare and inpatient rehabilitation.
The need is assessed from the perspective of the patients, doctors in private practice, doctors in inpatient rehabilitation institutions and doctors in the medical services. Considered here are those patients who have applied for rehabilitation as well as those patients who are already undergoing inpatient rehabilitation. The question of the relevant differential assignment criteria for the different forms of rehabilitation on offer is investigated by means of expert questioning according to the method of the Delphi Technique.
