Einflüsse einer neuen beschäftigungsbezogenen Politik und von Programmen auf die Arbeitsmarktteilnahme und das ökonomische Wohlbefinden von Behinderten
In der Planung ist ein Projekt, das sich mit dem langfristigen Einfluss von Beschäftigungspolitik und -programmen auf die Arbeitsmarktteilnahme und den wirtschaftlichen Status von Behinderten beschäftigen wird. Dabei liegt der Forschungsschwerpunkt auf dem Einfluß der 'Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDAs)' und 'Employability Assistance for Persons with Disabilities (EAPD)' auf die Beschäftigung und das Einkommen von Behinderten. Das methodische Vorgehen basiert auf Befragungen von Entscheidungsträgern und Zielgruppen sowie Literaturrecherchen und statistische Analysen.

Abstract
Impacts of New Employment-Related Policy and Programs on the Labour Force Participation and Economic Well-being of Persons with Disabilities
A project is currently being designed to look at issues regarding the impacts of employment-related policy and programs on the labour force participation and economic well-being of persons with disabilities on a longitudinal basis. A particular focus of the research will be the impacts of the Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDAs) and Employability Assistance for Persons with Disabilities (EAPD) accords on the employment and income status of persons with disabilities. Methodology includes key informant interviews, focus groups, document and literature reviews and statistical analysis.
