Evaluation von Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen in Werkstätten für Behinderte
Mit der geplanten Untersuchung sollte in erster Linie überprüft werden, inwieweit das Konzept der Organisationsentwicklung eine wirkungsvolle Strategie darstellen kann, arbeitspädagogische Zielsetzungen, Arbeitszufriedenheit und Effizienz von WfB's zu fördern.
Neben der generellen Evaluation der Effekte von Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen in WfB's, sollten mit Hilfe der Untersuchung auch solche Erkenntnisse gewonnen werden, die Auskunft über die zeitlichen Verläufe und wechselseitigen Beeinflussungen der erzielten Veränderungen geben.
Orientiert an dem Vorgehen der Aktionsforschung sollte die Evaluation der Effekte von Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen an insgesamt drei WfB's zeitversetzt über einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren erfolgen. Der Untersuchungsplan kann als multiples Baselinedesign bezeichnet werden.

Evaluation of organisational development measures in sheltered workshops for the disabled
In the first place the planned investigation should evaluate to what extent the concept of organisational development can represent an effective strategy to encourage work paedagogic target setting, job satisfaction and efficiency in the sheltered workshops. As well as the general evaluation of the effects of organisational development measures in the sheltered
workshops, knowledge should be gained with the help of this investigation which provides information about the time course and changing interactions of the targeted changes.
The evaluation of the effects of organisational development measures on altogether three sheltered workshops should follow deferred over a period of four years, oriented on the procedure of the action research. The investigation plan can be described as a multiple baseline design.
